What happens if people like me stop fighting?
The tide doesn’t stop. Obesity gets worse. Diabetes spreads. Medications pile up. Mobility disappears.
And this isn’t somebody else’s problem. If you’re overweight, already taking medication, or watching your health decline, you’re already in the fight.
People like me push that tide in the other direction every damn day.
