🌸 Your nurse is central to your safety, your support and your experience. Nurses need time and space to focus solely on you and your baby while you’re in labor.

🌸 Safe staffing is essential, because families - and nurses - deserve better.

🌸 I’ve been reflecting on balance lately and realized that I need to make a few changes. Sadly, one of those changes is to take a hiatus from our support circle for now.

🌸 This wasn’t an easy decision. I will truly miss our group and the connection we’ve built together. I’m deeply grateful for the care, honesty, and presence each of you brings.

🌸In the meantime, I’m happy to share an alternative resource – Court Wright of offers a free group every Friday at 10 o’clock, which is a super supportive option for you. Also, I can highly recommend Krystal Williams Thursday group at the Tualatin library. You can find more information through her Instagram .

🌸 I’m also in the process of putting together some new offerings and look forward to sharing more about those soon – so please stay posted for updates.

after 25+ years as a hospital based midwife (and over 3500 births!), i’ve seen how a single “high risk“ diagnosis can railroad an entire pregnancy into fear and intervention. It doesn’t have to be that way.
