I know we are busy, we go through phases. Life changes and we change but that is what’s so amazing about a yoga practice, it can evolve with us. The yoga I did at 23 is not the same yoga I do at 43 and that’s ok. If you have been missing your practice just know it’s never too late to get back on the mat.

Some news 🗞️
As some of you know, I’ve been dealing with hip issues since November and finally have a diagnosis. My MRI showed that both of my hamstrings have mild tears and that my right hip, gluteus medius has tendinosis. As a person that has had a movement practice since age 3 🫠 this is a humbling adjustment. I plan to listen to the professionals and work to rehabilitate my body correctly which means I cannot be demonstrating right now as I teach. Some classes are easier to teach than others for a variety of reasons.

For now I am just cutting 1 class, trying to do minimal damage to this yoga career I have built over the past 20 years. This Thursday will be my last Online Slow Flow class for the Multnomah Athletic Club. All other classes will continue.

Thanks to all my amazing students, you mean so much to me. 💫
