We compound everything in house at Coastal. That's a big part of why your medication is made the way it is, and it means we ask for a two business day turnaround.

One thing you don't have to worry about with us: because we don't bill insurance, there's no vacation override to request. That whole layer of insurance approval simply isn't part of the picture here.

So the short version. Look at your trip dates, look at your remaining supply, and call us early. We'd much rather have this conversation two weeks out than the afternoon before your flight.
