October is Chiropractic Health Month!

Dr. Mark recently worked with several athletes from the University of Portland's volleyball team.

Between jumping, landing, diving, and twisting, volleyball is tough on the spine, hips, and shoulders. Regular adjustments help keep athletes moving well, recovering faster, and playing their best.

But you don't have to be a athlete to benefit. Whether you're a weekend warrior, a desk worker, or chasing kids around, your body is doing a lot too.

This month is a great time to come in and get checked.
