Here at Common Ground, we like to celebrate Pride year-round! We’re looking forward to our next pop-up LGBTQ+ Hours in the bathhouse on Tuesday, September 29 & Thursday, November 5, 7-10pm (last hour is silent). We also offer dedicated hours for trans folks, BIPOC, QTBIPOC, women, and fat folks.

LGBTQ+ Hours are a space for people who are a part of the LGBTQ+ and/or q***r communities. This includes people who are le***an, gay, bi, pan, trans, nonbinary, q***r, questioning, intersex, ace, and 2-Spirit.

Online booking is not available for Affinity Hours, so please call or email us to book. Thank you!

✨ We’re happy to share that we will be extending our bathhouse sliding scale pilot through the end of September, 2026! ✨

This means that through the end of September, clients can visit us on Tuesdays between 2pm - 10pm and pay any amount for bathhouse access, starting at $0. This includes our Tuesday general hours from 2pm - 6:30pm and Affinity Hours from 7pm - 10pm.

Thanks to everyone who has been a part of this pilot so far, and stay tuned for future updates! 💖

Part of what makes our clothing-optional bathhouse so special is the community aspect of our space. Every guest who comes through our doors is told about policies to help create a safer experience for all. We ask that guests not speak with those they did not arrive with, and we remind people to be thoughtful of where their eyes are moving and resting. We also maintain a tech-free space for the comfort of everyone.

It is a unique experience to share space with others who are healing while also following these policies. We believe that the healing that takes place in our bathhouse goes beyond just the benefits of soaking in the salt tub or relaxing in the cedar sauna. Healing also comes from being in community, in a space where all people are welcome and all bodies are given the same care and consideration.

We are grateful to our clients who co-create the space of Common Ground with us. Healing happens in community. ✨🛁

Come experience our clothing-optional bathhouse with folks who share your identity! Tonight we’re excited for our monthly QTBIPOC Hours in the bathhouse from 7pm - 10pm.

We are proud to offer Trans Hours, QTBIPOC Hours, BIPOC Hours, Women’s Hours, Fat Hours, and LGBTQ+ Hours - see our website for schedule and call or email us to book (online booking is not available).

Through the end of July, all our Affinity Hours are pay-what-you-can as a part of our Spring Sliding Scale Soak & Sauna. We are excited to offer this program to help increase access to those who need it most! ✨🛁

✨Our next bathhouse Fat Hours will be on Tuesday, June 30, 2026 / Thursday, October 8 / Tuesday, December 29 - all from 7pm - 10pm (last hour is silent).✨

Fat Hours are a space for people living in larger bodies. This includes people who are small fat, mid fat, super fat, infini-fat, and / or plus size. Those who self-identify are welcome to attend. During these hours, bathhouse capacity will be reduced to ensure folks have room to take up the space they need. ❤️

Wanna connect with your fellow co-op community, hear updates from Common Ground’s board and leadership, and enjoy some yummy snacks, tea, and coffee? We’ll see you at our annual co-op Member Meeting on Sunday, May 17 from 2:00 - 3:30pm at Leaven Community Center - 5431 NE 20th Ave.

We’ll be raffling off some free soaks and merch to a few folks! This is also a chance to learn more about our unique co-op structure and how patron members can get more involved in the co-op at the policy level.

will be offering two separate shows, one in the 7 pm hour and another in the 8 pm hour. Come unwind with us on May 14th at Common Ground Wellness Cooperative.

We can only take reservations over the phone for this, so call and book yourself something to look forward to!

Bath house soak & sauna and the performance member pricing is $35 for the hour, non-member pricing is $38. All are welcome.

Our Spring Sliding Scale Soak & Sauna takes place Tuesdays from 2pm - 10pm, May - July 2026. During this time, clients can pay any amount for bathhouse entry. This includes our Tuesday general hours (2pm- 6:30pm) and Affinity Hours (7pm - 10pm). We offer dedicated Affinity Hours for trans people, BIPOC, QTBIPOC, women, fat people, and other communities.

Please note, the Spring Sliding Scale Soak & Sauna only applies to bathhouse during specified times; massages and other practitioner services remain at standard rates.

Our board recently gathered for a retreat to discuss the co-op’s history and make plans for the future. Stay tuned for some exciting announcements from the board soon, including the date and time of our annual Member Meeting! 🗓❤️

As a co-op, Common Ground has a unique structure that sets us apart from corporate-owned spas. Our board is made up of patron members, staff, and practitioners. The board works closely with our GM and their work is guided by Common Ground’s End Statement:

“Common Ground Wellness Co-op strives to provide equitable access to a sanctuary where patrons, staff, and practitioners promote healing and wellness for the Portland community.”

All co-op members are welcome to attend monthly board meetings. The next meeting will be on Thursday, April 16, 5:30 - 7:30pm on Zoom. Check out our website for details and the meeting link, we hope to see you there! ✨
