DO’s:
✅ Stay hydrated — drink plenty of water to support the internal hydration boost.
✅ Use gentle skincare — stick to mild cleansers and soothing, hydrating products (think hyaluronic acid, peptides).
✅ Apply SPF daily — your skin is more sensitive to UV; use at least SPF 30.
✅ Keep your skin clean — avoid touching your face unnecessarily.
✅ Let your skin breathe — if you can, go makeup-free for the rest of the day.
✅ Moisturize well — lock in the treatment benefits with a good barrier-supporting moisturizer.

DON’Ts:

🚫 No exfoliating products (scrubs, retinols, acids) for about 48–72 hours — your skin already got a deep exfoliation.
