I didn’t always know what was right, but I always knew what wasn’t.

Christmas for me!
Slight nightmare for my clients! 😜😂

On the last night hike I facilitated, 3 of the 5 in attendance had experienced healing sessions with me.
One of the other 2 asked, “what exactly is it that you do during a session?”
A prior client, “Professional Sadism.”
Another client, “but it’s actually a very transformational experience.”
The last, “ya because if you don’t breathe it out and let it go, It hurts more! Now and later!”

We were all laughing with tears at the end.
