Hello! I'm Judi Pimental, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, founder and provider at Trinity Direct Primary Care.
My passion has always been caring for people and building meaningful relationships with my patients. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine at Fort Kent in 2013 and began my career serving as Residential Care Director at the Maine Veterans' Home. After several years of leadership in long-term care, I pursued my lifelong goal of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, earning my master's degree in nursing in 2019.
Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I've had the privilege of caring for patients across Aroostook County in a variety of settings. I began my practice in Family Medicine with Northern Light Health in Fort Fairfield, later provided care in the Northern Light Walk-In Clinic, and currently serve as the Health Director for the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
While these experiences have been incredibly rewarding, they also opened my eyes to the challenges facing today's healthcare system. I found myself caring for an overwhelming number of patients each day, with appointment times becoming shorter and patients often waiting weeks or even months to be seen. I knew there had to be a better way to practice medicine—one that prioritized relationships, accessibility, and personalized care.
That vision became Trinity Direct Primary Care.

We also stock over 65 commonly prescribed medications in office that can be purchased directly for 90% below retail pharmacy prices, usually cheaper than your copay!
Outside of work, I live in Caribou with my husband and our three dogs. Family is the center of my life, and I am blessed to have most of my children and grandchildren nearby. I'm a proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren, with two more on the way, and I cherish every opportunity to spend time with them.
