Meet Your Provider
Hello! I'm Judi Pimental, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, founder and provider at Trinity Direct Primary Care.
My passion has always been caring for people and building meaningful relationships with my patients. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Maine at Fort Kent in 2013 and began my career serving as Residential Care Director at the Maine Veterans' Home. After several years of leadership in long-term care, I pursued my lifelong goal of becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, earning my Master's Degree in Nursing in 2019.
Since becoming a Nurse Practitioner, I've had the privilege of caring for patients across Aroostook County in a variety of settings. I began my practice in Family Medicine with Northern Light Health in Fort Fairfield, later provided care in the Northern Light Walk-In Clinic, and currently serve as the Health Director for the University of Maine at Presque Isle.
While these experiences have been incredibly rewarding, they also opened my eyes to the challenges facing today's healthcare system. I found myself caring for an overwhelming number of patients each day, with appointment times becoming shorter and patients often waiting weeks or even months to be seen. I knew there had to be a better way to practice medicine—one that prioritized relationships, accessibility, and personalized care.
That vision became Trinity Direct Primary Care.
At Trinity, my goal is simple: to provide healthcare the way it should be. As a member, you'll receive personalized, unrushed care with a provider who truly knows you. Whether you need a routine visit, management of a chronic condition, or treatment for an unexpected illness, you'll have direct access to me through text, phone, email, or secure messaging. I offer same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible, along with both in-person and telehealth visits, making it easier than ever to receive the care you deserve.
Outside of work, I live in Caribou with my husband and our three dogs. Family is the center of my life, and I am blessed to have most of my children and grandchildren nearby. I'm a proud grandmother of 10 grandchildren, with two more on the way, and I cherish every opportunity to spend time with them.
I believe healthcare is built on trust, communication, and genuine relationships—not rushed appointments or crowded waiting rooms. I look forward to partnering with you and helping you achieve your healthiest life through compassionate, accessible, and personalized care.
Welcome to Trinity Direct Primary Care—where you're more than a patient. You're family.
