As summer starts to wind down, we want to take a minute to celebrate three pretty amazing therapists who have given so much to Speech Therapy Solutions this summer! 💛

Renee, Kristy, and Melissa — thank you for your hard work, flexibility, dedication, and most of all, the care you give to our kids and families. Our clinic is better because each of you chooses to be a part of it.

One thing that makes our little team extra special is that all of our therapists have other jobs, too! They balance school positions, families, busy schedules, and life outside of STS — and we are incredibly thankful that they choose to spend some of their extra time with us and our community.

As we head into the school year, Melissa and Kristy will continue working with us part-time, so you’ll still see their smiling faces around the clinic! 💕 Renee will be taking a pause during the school year as she begins a very exciting new adventure — welcoming her baby girl! 🎀 We are so excited for her and can’t wait to cheer her on in this next chapter.

We may be a small clinic, but we have a team with a whole lot of heart. Thank you, Renee, Kristy, and Melissa, for believing in what we are building, supporting one another, and making our kids and families feel heard, connected, accepted, and celebrated.

🌟 Meet Our Volunteer, Caroline! 🌟

We are so excited to introduce Caroline, who has been spending her summer volunteering at Speech Therapy Solutions! 💜

Caroline has been helping behind the scenes by laminating materials, organizing, cleaning, and observing therapy sessions. Her willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed has been such a gift to our team, and we are so grateful she’s chosen to spend part of her summer with us.

Caroline will be starting her junior year as a full-time PSEO student at St. Cloud State this fall and hopes to become a Speech-Language Pathologist one day. We love seeing future SLPs getting hands-on experience, and we have a feeling she’s going to make an incredible clinician!

There is something so special about Tuesdays and Thursdays at the clinic.

The parking lot is full. The waiting room is buzzing with families. Every therapy room is filled with laughter, play, learning, and connection. ❤️

As a clinic owner, these are the moments that make all of the hard work worth it. I get to watch clinicians I deeply respect doing what they love most—helping children communicate, grow, and build confidence. I also get to work alongside them and continue learning from their knowledge and experience.

A huge thank you to **Melissa, Kristy, and Renee** for helping make Speech Therapy Solutions such a happy, welcoming, and busy place. We are incredibly grateful that each of you shares your time and talents with our families while also balancing other full-time commitments. Your dedication, compassion, and teamwork make an incredible difference.

One of my favorite sounds isn't silence—it's hearing giggles, celebrating little victories from therapy rooms, and watching children leave with smiles on their faces.

Thank you to all of the families who trust us with your children. We truly love what we do, and we couldn't do it without you. 💙

Happy Friday from the Speech Therapy Solutions crew! ☀️

We may not have planned it, but showing up in matching shirts felt like the perfect way to celebrate what has already been an amazing start to summer at the clinic.

Summer sessions are in full swing, new friendships are forming, goals are being crushed, and our clinic is filled with laughter, connection, and so much growth. We are incredibly grateful for the families who trust us to be part of their children’s journeys and for a team that brings energy, creativity, and heart to every session.

As we head into the weekend, we’re feeling thankful for the smiles, the progress, and the opportunity to do work we truly love.

Another speech graduation this week 💙

There’s something so special about the “happy goodbyes” in this field. After months (and sometimes years) of practicing speech sounds, building confidence, celebrating little wins, working through frustrations, and cheering each other on… we finally get to say, “You did it.”

One of the greatest privileges of this job is becoming part of a child and family’s journey. We spend so much time together learning, laughing, playing, practicing, and growing. Watching a child go from feeling unsure or difficult to understand to speaking with confidence is something that never gets old.

These moments are bittersweet. We miss our kids when they graduate, but there is so much joy in sending them on their way with hard-earned new skills, confidence, and pride in how far they’ve come.

So proud of every child who keeps trying, every family who supports the hard work at home, and every milestone that gets us to these happy goodbyes. 🎓✨

In celebration of Better Speech and Hearing Month, we are so excited to introduce and celebrate one of the amazing SLPs serving our clinic, joining us for the summer — Renee! 💙

Renee has been working in the field of speech-language pathology for 7 years and has always had a passion for pediatrics. Her favorite area in the field is early language development, helping young children build communication skills through connection, play, and meaningful interactions.

Renee is creative, funny, positive, and full of genuine love and care for others. She brings warmth, joy, and encouragement to every child and family she works with, and we are so lucky to have her as part of our clinic.
