A dedicated “breastfeeding only” activity box helps during feeding sessions, cluster feeds, contact naps, or those moments when you just need two hands free.

One of my biggest tips: keep a special activity box that ONLY comes out while breastfeeding. The novelty lasts so much longer.

My most recommended pump brands? Usually Medela & Spectra
Wearable pumps can be great for occasional use or convenience, but for establishing or protecting milk supply, I typically recommend a traditional double electric pump as your primary pump.
