✨ Welcome, Shauna ✨

We’re so excited to officially welcome Shauna Leeser to Vallee Health Repair! You’ll be seeing her smiling face throughout the clinic on Mondays & Wednesdays 💚

Shauna’s journey with VHR is more than just work...it’s personal. After navigating life post-colon cancer and struggling to feel like herself again, she found hope and healing through BHRT with Tasha. In her own experience, she discovered that thriving is possible after a major health challenge—and that vitality after 40 is real 🙌

Now, she gets to bring that same passion and belief in feeling your best to every patient she greets.

When she’s not at the front desk, Shauna stays active with workouts, rollerblading, hiking, and even surfing 🌊 She also taps into her creative side through canvas painting and involvement with the Quincy Art Center 🎨

Be sure to say hi and help us give her the warmest VHR family welcome! 💕

✨ WHO IS MICHAELANGELO??? ✨

We’ve been getting this question A LOT lately… and honestly, we love it 😂

Nope — he’s not AI.
Nope — he’s not a robot.
And no — we didn’t hire a Ninja Turtle 🐢

Michaelangelo (aka Mike) is a real human and a very important part of our team here at Vallee Health Repair 💙

He works behind the scenes as our Operations Assistant, helping with:
✔️ Scheduling appointments
✔️ Managing patient messages
✔️ Handling escalations
✔️ Keeping everything running smoothly so nothing falls through the cracks

Even though he works remotely from the Philippines, he is 100% part of our VHR family — and if you’ve messaged us, there’s a good chance he’s already helped you!

Mike is incredibly detail-oriented, kind, funny and organized (basically he keeps us sane on busy days 🙌). Outside of work, he’s involved in his church community, helps run events, and enjoys traveling and coffee ☕

There was a car accident just down the street that hit a utility pole, and unfortunately we are currently without power.

👉 We are OPEN, but:

• No credit card machines

✨April is Stress Awareness Month…as if we needed a reminder😅

But here’s something actually useful (and kinda cool):
💡 Deep breathing isn’t just relaxing—it’s science.
When you slow your breath, you activate your vagus nerve, which can lower your heart rate and reduce stress signals in under 60 seconds. Basically… it’s your body’s built-in reset button 🔄

So the next time life is life-ing:
👉 Inhale slowly
