Your massage therapist is a black belt in jiu jitsu now. Only 1%-5% of people who train jiu jitsu become a black belt. It’s less for a female to become a black belt. Thank you to all my amazing clients who allow me to work on my own and make my own schedule to have time to train. Super excited for what’s to come. 🙏❤️.

Good morning! I hope everyone is doing well! Just a reminder that my special is still going on as well as do not forget to take time out for yourself. Life is busy and time is moving quickly. Make it a priority to give yourself 60 or 90 minutes at least once every 4 weeks to relax, have your muscle tension loosen up, blood flow going, increase mental health, reduce stress and overall just being ready to conquer your daily routine. 😊 I am here if for all of you. 🫶💆🏻‍♀️ Have a blessed day!🙏❤️
