What was once a garage/storage/pool table/ping pong table room in 2019 has transformed into the gym you see today. A lot has changed in 7 years but my passion hasn’t. I appreciate all who have been a part of the process!

The improvement of athletic performance in youth athletes is a complex task, and to achieve high-levels of athleticism requires a robust long-term plan. Sports participation alone, in many cases, is not sufficient to achieve this. Resistance training can help protect against injuries, and positively impact a youth athlete’s physical ability, thus, diminishing the impact of low physical activity. Stronger young athletes will be better prepared to learn complex movements, master specific skills, and sustain the demands of training and competition. Thus, resistance training should be based on an appropriate progression according to training age, motor skills, technical proficiency and existing strength levels.

3/3 varsity baseball players who continued to train all season at FY received 1st team all league honors.

They found a way despite a demanding baseball schedule to continue to show up and train to get stronger, faster and more explosive even if it was for a limited amount of time.

This type of work ethic doesn’t go unnoticed and will continue to provide these three young men with tremendous opportunities!

Proud of you guys!

Hard work in the gym isn’t flashy. No crowd, no spotlight—just reps, discipline, and consistency.

Most people don’t see it.
They only notice when it shows up on game day.

Put in the work when no one’s watching…
So you can dominate when it matters.
