Want to support your immune system this season? Our shelves are stocked with options like vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc, and elderberry.

The right choice depends on your needs, diet, medications, and health history—supplements aren’t one-size-fits-all. Stop in and talk with our team; we’re happy to help you explore what may be a good fit. If you take medication or have a health condition, check with your healthcare provider before starting something new.

Come see us at Staple and Spice Market!

Not every supplement deserves a spot on our shelves—and we take that seriously.

Before bringing in a product, we research the brand, ingredients, quality, sourcing, and testing. We want to feel confident in what we offer because you deserve supplements you can trust—not just another trendy bottle.

And we know choosing the right supplement can feel overwhelming. If you’re unsure where to begin, stop in and talk with us. We’ll listen to your goals, answer your questions, and help guide you toward options that make sense for you.

Quality matters. Education matters. And so does having someone you trust to help you along the way. 💚

For nearly a century, this little corner of our community has been more than just a grocery store. It’s been a place where neighbors connect, families shop, questions are answered, and healthier lives begin.

As a locally owned business, every purchase you make stays here—supporting local jobs, local families, and helping us continue to educate, serve, and give back to the community we love.

I don’t take that support for granted. Thank you for choosing local, believing in our mission, and allowing Staple & Spice Market to continue serving Rapid City. Your support means more than you’ll ever know. ❤️
