Moments like this are exactly why I'm so passionate about offering Woven Roots Circle.

Today, my girls decided to create their own circle, and Miss Vada proudly stepped into the role of facilitator. She came up with her own opening chant, guided everyone through a grounding practice, and planned a beautiful craft, nature flags made from sticks, leaves, and treasures gathered from the earth.

Watching them naturally weave together creativity, connection, nature, and community reminds me that these seeds we plant truly do grow. The magic isn't in having all the right words or a perfect plan it's in creating space for children to explore, lead, imagine, and belong.

My heart is so full watching these little roots grow.

You'll usually find me with a book nearby and a cup of tea in hand. 🌿📚

As an Advanced Certified Aromatherapist, I'm always eager to keep learning and deepening my understanding of women's health, pregnancy, birth, postpartum care, and the wisdom of the womb. Lately, I've been spending time studying these beautiful topics as I continue my journey toward becoming a certified Womb Circle Facilitator.

The more I learn, the more I realize how important it is for women to have spaces where they can gather, share, heal, and reconnect with themselves and one another. I'm grateful to be walking this path and excited to weave what I'm learning into future women's circles, womb circles, and offerings within our community.

One of my favorite things about this sunny little flower is that it follows the rhythm of the day, opening its petals with the morning light and gently closing as evening arrives. A simple reminder from nature that there is a time to bloom, a time to rest, and beauty in both.

I'm so excited to be gathering together on June 29th for our Woven Roots Circle as we explore the many gifts of calendula. We'll learn a little, create something special, and enjoy time in community with others.

I'm so excited to be joining the Lavender Maker's Market at Rufener Hilltop Farm on Saturday, June 27th and Sunday, June 28th. Come wander through the fragrant lavender fields, support local makers, and soak in the beauty of the season.

I'll be bringing my handcrafted ceramic diffusers, essential oils, botanical blends, and other wellness treasures from Vihara Wellness & Learning. I would love to see some familiar faces and meet new kindred spirits along the way.
