We’re bringing more movement, music, and community your way with two line dancing experiences, whether you want to come dance for fun or challenge yourself with new choreography, there’s a place for you!

Starts TONIGHT!
Every other Tuesday • 7:00–8:30 PM

With 80+ dances to choose from, this is the perfect opportunity to practice your favorites, meet new people, and simply enjoy moving to great music.

Ready to level up? This high-energy class is designed for dancers who already know the basics and are ready for more challenging steps, faster-paced choreography, and fun new combinations.

We’ll move through country favorites and feel-good tracks while building confidence, coordination, and rhythm. Expect a little challenge, a lot of laughter, and a welcoming atmosphere where you can let loose, learn something new, and enjoy the joy of dancing with others.

We are so excited to welcome back Jade to our Simply teaching team!✨

With nearly 20 years of experience in acrobatics, self-defense, and movement, Jade brings a powerful blend of strength, play, and real-world skill to our community.

She has trained and taught everywhere from Oregon and Reno to Sacramento, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, working alongside some of the best while building a passion for helping others feel confident, capable, and safe in their bodies.

As a certified yoga teacher, Jade leads with intention and heart creating a space where you can challenge yourself, learn practical skills, and reconnect with your body in a supportive environment. We are so honored to have her here.

We’re so excited to introduce Ember, our newest instructor, and her brand-new class Aerial Flow 🤍

With over five years of experience teaching aerial silks, lyra, and pole, plus acrobatics training in Las Vegas with Cirque du Soleil performers Ember brings a beautiful blend of strength, grace, and ease to the hammock.

Aerial Flow is an all-level, aerial yoga–inspired class designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and unwind while feeling fully supported. Expect gentle flow, assisted stretches, and a calming, grounding experience for both body and mind. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

Come float, flow, and restore with us.
