Mineral or chemical both work. SPF 30 or higher every single morning. Apply more than you think you need. Reapply if you are outside. Wear it even when you are staying in.

The best SPF is the one you will actually use consistently. That is the whole secret. 🧴

Because it works with your body's natural processes, your post-treatment care is key to seeing the best results. Here is your go-to guide for the next few days:

✨The Rule of 5s✨
This is the most important part of your aftercare! To ensure the product is evenly distributed:
🖐️ Massage the treated area for 5 minutes
🖐️Do this 5 times a day
🖐️Continue for 5 days (including day of treatment!)

🧊 Comfort & Swelling
- Apply a cold pack to the treated area for a few minutes at a time during the first 24 hours to reduce swelling.
- Avoid direct ice-to-skin contact; wrap your ice pack in a clean towel.

☀️ Sun & Heat
🚫 Skip the intense gym session, sauna, or steam room for the first **24 hours**.
🚫Minimize sun and UV lamp exposure until any initial swelling or redness has resolved.

🧴 Skincare & Makeup
* Avoid makeup for 24 hours to allow skin to recover
* Stick to gentle, hydrating skincare for the first 48 hours
