People assume it's just a relaxing leg squeeze. It's more specific than that. The compression pattern is designed to move fluid through your lymphatic system the way your muscles would during exercise, flushing metabolic waste and reducing inflammation.

Quick clarification because this comes up a lot.

Whole Body Cryotherapy and Cryo Slimming are not the same thing. Not even close.

Whole Body Cryotherapy is a 2-3 minute full-body cold chamber session. It's a recovery and energy tool. Athletes use it. People with inflammation use it. It's fast and the effects are systemic.

Cryo Slimming is a 60-minute targeted treatment for fat reduction in specific areas. Completely different technology, different goal, different session.

Both are on our menu. Both are worth knowing about. Just not the same.
