A few simple reminders:

“I recently had to visit this Urgent Care due to severe nausea, vomiting, and dehydration, and I’m very grateful for the care I received. Nurses Casandra and Hailey were both incredibly kind, professional, and helpful during a really difficult time.

Casandra especially stood out. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. She took the time to explain things clearly, checked on me often, and made me feel cared for and comfortable throughout my visit. Hailey was also compassionate and attentive, and together they made this stressful experience much easier to get through.
