FAITH × FITNESS ✝️💪🏽

We spend a lot of time working on our bodies… getting stronger, healthier, pushing through another rep.

But where does that strength come from?

YAHWEH.

The name of God.
The “I AM.”
The One who was here before us and will be here long after us.

📖 Exodus 3:14
God said to Moses, “I AM WHO I AM.” And He said, “Say this to the people of Israel: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”

Some days you walk into the gym feeling strong.
Some days you walk in barely holding it together. 😅

Either way… I AM is still I AM. 🙏🏽
