Thanks to a request from Grayson County Department of Social Services, a generous donation from The Park Oak Grove in Roanoke, and quick coordination by our partners, this fridge is now exactly where it’s needed.

Safe and Sound Outreach of Grayson helped with transport, and Ebenezer Lutheran Church provided storage so we could respond quickly when the need came in.

A neighbor in the community who relies on fixed income now has reliable refrigeration for food, medication, and daily essentials. Small acts like this help people stay stable and independent at home. Grateful to every neighbor, organization, and volunteer who makes this kind of practical help possible.

A recently returned community member is working toward rebuilding stability and moving forward after a difficult season of life earlier this year. With determination and resilience, he is taking important steps toward recovery and self-sufficiency. While his disability benefits have recently been restored, his food assistance has been significantly reduced, creating an immediate need for grocery support during this transition period.

A grocery order or contribution toward food assistance would provide meaningful relief and help ensure access to essential nourishment as he continues rebuilding his foundation.

Any support you are able to offer—whether through a food delivery, grocery gift card, or contribution to a grocery fund—would make a tangible difference and serve as an encouraging reminder that community care matters.

We are deeply grateful for any assistance and for the compassion extended to someone working hard to create a more secure and stable future. Thank you for being part of this supportive community effort.
