Join us this AM at Burn Boot Camp Pittsford as we honor Owen Williams — a nurse, traveler, and servant leader who believed deeply in showing up for others. From Rochester hospitals to Belize medical missions, Owen’s impact continues to inspire so many.

All workout camps will benefit InterVol, helping continue the mission Owen cared so much about. And after the sweat? Join us at Lock 32 to raise a glass and toast to Owen. 🍻

Sometimes the best way to honor someone is simple: show up, work hard, and do good together.

At InterVol, many of our volunteers through the RUMS program stay active by sorting donated medical supplies, helping the environment, and making a difference for people locally and around the world — all while socializing and being part of a team.

Service to others continues because of those who served. Today, we reflect with gratitude on their sacrifice, courage, and legacy.

🚗☀️ Road trip season is finally here!! Before you head out, make sure your first aid kit is stocked with essentials like:

✔️ Adhesive bandages
✔️ Sterile gauze pads
✔️ Antiseptic wipes
✔️ Medical tape
✔️ Disposable gloves
✔️ Tweezers & Scissors
✔️ Emergency blanket

And if you have extra medical supplies at home, consider donating them to InterVol so they can continue helping others locally and around the world. ❤️

Friday is the LAST day to donate to the InterVol School Supplies Drive, and your generosity has already filled toters and wagons with supplies for students in need. 📚✏️

🐾 Show of paws — who’s rescued a dog? ❤️🐶

We’re celebrating the partnerships that help donated medical and hospital supplies continue serving others — including animals in need. Through organizations like Lollypop Farm, Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine, and Seneca Park Zoo, items like blankets, towels, surgical supplies, drapes, tape, gauze, and bandages are given a second life supporting veterinary and animal care.

Good for animals. Good for the planet. 🐾🌎

👓 👓 Huge thanks to the amazing group from Our Lady Queen of Peace Church for spending time with InterVol cleaning donated eyeglasses and helping read prescriptions — a HUGE need as we prepare glasses for people around the world to receive clearer vision.

We made sure to balance the hard work with plenty of pizza and laughter too. Grateful for volunteers who show up ready to serve — and enjoy time together along the way.

Join us Saturday, May 30th at Burn Boot Camp Pittsford for a fundraiser workout benefiting InterVol and honoring Owen Williams. 💙 💙 💙
Owen first joined InterVol as a Service Scholar through St. John Fisher University, later graduating with a nursing degree and working at both Rochester Regional Health and University of Rochester Medical Center. No matter where life took him, he continued traveling on InterVol medical missions to serve those in need.
Come work out, celebrate his legacy, and support a mission he cared deeply about.

This Mother’s Day, we’re celebrating the women who show the next generation how to care deeply, give freely, and make the world a little kinder.

Our Lady of Mercy School for Young Women Junior High and High School students spent part of their day volunteering at InterVol — and for many, it was their very first experience serving with us through Mercy. ❤️

From freshmen to seniors, they jumped right in, embodying Mercy’s core values of mercy, courage, faith, passion, and spirit in such a genuine way.

Fun fact: one freshman even showed up with donated medical equipment from her and her mom! 👏 Service already in action before the volunteer day even began!
