Okay, body experiment. 🔊

Before I tell you what this frequency is associated with, listen to the tuning fork and notice:

Where do you feel it?

Chest? Belly? Pelvis? Throat? Head? Somewhere completely different?

417 Hz is one of the Solfeggio frequencies and, in sound-healing traditions, is associated with release, clearing stagnant energy, breaking old patterns, and creating space for change.

It connects with the sacral Chakra... the energetic center associated with emotion, creativity, pleasure, and flow.

But I’m less interested in telling you what you’re supposed to experience.

I want to know what your body actually does.

What if breaking the family pattern doesn’t mean saving the relationship?

If estrangement has been a generational pattern in my family, and I stop trying to repair a relationship… am I continuing the karma I came here to heal?

Oof. 😮‍💨 Because when you're the self-aware one, the empathic one, the one who can see the bigger picture, it’s easy to assume you're also responsible for fixing it.

I've got my preferences, but when it's life or death the only thing I'm interested in is getting better.

When I had appendicitis and then two abdominal abscesses after surgery, Western medicine was exactly where I needed to be.

CT scans. Surgery. Antibiotics. A drain.

Yes. Please. Thank you.

And once the emergency was handled, I came home and pulled out everything else I know about supporting a body through recovery.
