Wanted to send a quick shoutout to our friend Mr. John, as he has officially lost over 35 pounds! We started working together back in April starting with an individualized meal plan and workouts. If you have been in the shop before you already know how important I believe these are. A question we get asked ALL the time is “what are BCAAs and should I take them.” BCAAs consist of three amino acids, leucine, isoleucine, and valine. BCAAs are not just for people who work out, we sell just as much if not more to people who don’t workout. By taking these they do a lot of things for your body such as build muscle, prevent soreness, prevent fatigue, help with weight management, etc. It is a top three seller in the shop. It is one of the few supplements I take daily that I can really feel a difference when I am not taking them. They come in tons of flavors so you can always mix it up and it is a non stimulant meaning you can take it any time of the day.
