Together we have focused on weight loss, strength training, and nutrition improvement. She has absolutely crushed it.Since working together she has dropped over 20lbs and has shown huge improvement in overall muscle strength, toning of her stomach, daily energy, and overall health. We are excited to finally announce something we have been planning behind the scenes! On October 24th @1:00 we will be hosting our first ever Cumberland Nutrition Weight Lifting Competition! A lifting competition has been long overdue in this county! There will be different age groups and men and women divisions. It will be focused on bench press, deadlift, and squat. Awards will be given out to the top lifters including trophies and free shop product! If you are interested and want to sign up stop by the shop, call us, or message the page! More information will be posted as we continue getting closer 🤙🏻

It is free for you and takes less than 15 seconds to sign up for. We pay square each month for our customers to have this option because we are thankful for the support we get each and every day and it is our way of saying thank you! Once signed up you earn points every time you make a purchase at the shop.
