Do you believe in the power of manifesting? I do and always have. The secret to manifesting a desirable outcome is to live in flow state at various times of the day. Today was the perfect example. I'd been virtually visiting my land in Hawaii, looking at the plat map and just daydreaming of a time when I can be back on the land and build my home, a place for family and friends to come visit, feel the ALOHA spirit of Ka Aina (the land).
Today has and conrinues to be MAGICAL! While driving (on 494 in MN) I suddenly had a spontaneous vision that I was driving along a road in Hawaii, like Hilo area or Pahoa, and I suddenly felt exuberance, excitement, peace and pure joy!
Then I turned onto hwy 36 and then onto the Stillwater Blvd ramp. And right their in front of me was a suv with Lilo & Stitch stickers and Plumaria flowers the mind that lies from!

That same excitement filled me again, my guides were saying YES this is for you Theresa!
Then.... yes there's more.... I go to the Dunn Bros shop to have a business meeting and sitting down to prepare my laptop, coffee in hand,.... I share with my son what happened this morning and whole in sharing my excitement, none other than IZ Israel Kamakawiwoʻole, is singing over the cafes speakers SOMEWHERE OVER THE RAINBOW! Now tears and laughter are flowing out of me..... today is a magical day..... this year 2026, in the winter 26-27, I'll be on the land feeling the ancestors once again.

I've been a huge fan of Dr Dispenza's meditation retreats, it's true that in order to change a health condition, you have to change how you think what you believe and value and how you feel..... and even more importantly decide to take massive action for massive change.

It's still on my bucket list tho attend and I will soon.... a few months ago I finished his progressive course.

And I also want to mention another teacher of mine, whom I have studied under and have had amazing healings from his retreats, grandmaster Chunyi Lin. I continuw to practice Qigong, and Tai chi as well as teach it to my students. We are creating real positive changes in our communities. All of them! So i just want to lift everyone up..... there's plenty of autrocities going on, many by humans and ppl in power, so help me/us, undo all of that and support one another with loving hearts, and beliefs that practicing peaceful practices, various meditations, mantras, mudras, yoga, Taichi, Qigong, TM transcendental meditations and positive prayers like the ones Buddhist monks pray,

"May all being be peaceful, happy and free. May all beings be free of suffering...."

Or in the tsalagi, cherrokee dance of alignment, balance and prayer....

Whatever intention you set for benefits for yourself our a loved one, also say this.... "Great Spirit, I make this prayer bigger, I ask you to bring this same blessing and healing to all beings who have this same need."

Then after the tsalagi you lock in this power, into the energy field of your prayerful intention and say this...

"In gratitude, thankyou, it it's done, it is complete."

There are so many ways to create massive positive change in your life, your community and your world.... DM to discover your path.
