This client had extensive facelift scarring around the ears extending onto the facial area after plastic surgery.
We are still in the process and not fully finished yet.
At this stage, the hypopigmentation has been corrected significantly using scar camouflage medical tattoo techniques. Now the focus is blending and softening the remaining lines so the skin transitions more naturally and doesn't appear as visible linear scarring.

Scar camouflage takes time. It’s detailed work, and every scar responds differently throughout the healing process.

With scar camouflage tattoo procedures, sometimes the color heals lighter, darker, warmer, or cooler than expected and has to be adjusted over time. Sometimes cross colors are needed to neutralize tones showing through the skin. Sometimes the edges need additional blending so the pigment flows naturally into the surrounding skin.
