‘What protein powder do you recommend?’ might be the question I get asked most as a Dietitian 😅
And truthfully… I get the hype.
I’m currently obsessed with adding the vanilla protein powder with creatine to my morning oat & my kids have no idea I’m sneaking lemon ice protein powder into their smoothies 🤍🍋
🥣 My current obsession:
1/4 cup old fashioned oats (for the gut health!)
1/2 scoop vanilla vanilla protein with creatine
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
A sprinkle of walnuts
Blueberries and strawberries
