I love eating out and finding great recipes to try at home. I have always shopped clean and organic. Nevertheless, I started to feel not quite myself in recent months. It became quite clear certain symptoms were tied to certain foods, so I thought I would try giving up "gluten". I didn't think it was really a thing. After one day of cutting out gluten, I started to notice drastic changes. So I kep

t it going for a week, for a month, and so on. There is often a misconception that gluten-free means eating boring salads and lacks carbs. That couldn't be further from the truth. You can essentially replicate any dish -- just sub out the flour. I have had more bread and pasta now than ever before. I created this page to share some of my meals and grocery store finds with you to hopefully inspire you to take better control of your health. A celiac or wheat intolerance diagnosis may mean the end of one type of food, but it the door that opens the opportunity to countless others.
