Mobility isn’t lost – it just needs the right kind of movement ⬇️
“I am in my early 60’s and have dealt with arthritis and joint pain for 15 years. I was getting stiffer and stiffer when I woke up in the morning, and it would take me a lot of time to loosen up. Six months ago, I started doing Essentrics every morning, and voila, my stiffness and achiness has disappeared.
