In honor of National Senior Health & Fitness Day, we challenge everyone to dedicate at least 15 minutes to some type of physical activity today - with safety in mind, of course. It can be stretching, walking, doing a free yoga video online, or anything you choose!

Additionally, clients who are eligible for Medicaid can receive full coverage for En Su Casa's personal assistance services, and most private insurance companies will provide partial or full coverage as well.
