THIS is what it looks like to UPGRADE šŖš¼
Let me guess⦠you workout a couple times a week, maybe take some classes, try to eat healthy and get your steps in but you STILL look in the mirror and feel like nothing is changing š®āšØ
I know that feeling. I was stuck there for YEARS.
And I know how easy it is to convince yourself that maybe thatās just how your body is. Maybe youāre not one of those girls who gets to have the body she actually wants. Maybe youāre just meant to be a little āthickerā.
BUT hereās what I see over and over with the women who come to me:
Theyāre doing too much of the wrong things and not enough of the right ones.
ā working out 5ā6x a week but not following a plan or progressively overloading
ā eating āhealthyā but have no clue how many calories theyāre eating and getting nowhere near enough protein to ACTUALLY build anything
ā doing cardio to compensate for their late night snacks and saturday brunch instead of following a plan and training with intention
ā starting over every monday because the diet theyāre trying to follow is way to strict and doesnāt leave room for life to be LIVED
Effort wasnāt the problem. Their method was.
And if youāve been spinning your wheels, stuck in the mindset of eat less and move more but arenāt seeing the changes you want⦠yourās probably is too.
When you go through the UPGRADE, thereās no more guessing. No more failing and starting over. No more feeling like your body is working against you.
