This exercise trains unilateral balance , hip speed and power force production, core acceleration and deceleration, and rotational power transfer. All these movements are imperative to increasing your ability to sequence and execute your golf swing at a higher level. HIIT is very important to prevent fatigue especially in tournaments where u r playing 36 holes n 1 day in various conditions that increase your fatigue factor.
Slamball 10 -20 lbs 10 (45 degree jumps with 100 percent intensity) followed by 1min on Versaclimber, Assault Bike , Etc . Beginners 1-2 rounds , Intermediate 2-4, Advanced 3-5, Professional 5-10 .
