Protein-forward meals (still leading with fiber → protein first), snacks when I actually want them, and moving my body because it feels good — not because I “have to.”

Today: 11k steps, a hike, and the beach.

This is the balance I talk about. Not restriction. Not “earning” food. Just living well and letting my body enjoy the trip too.
