Do you eat the same breakfast or lunch every day?
A lot of people worry that repeating meals means they’re missing nutrients or “doing nutrition wrong.” But for many people, eating similar foods day after day can actually be supportive.
Meal repetition can:
- Reduce decision fatigue
- Make eating feel more manageable
- Support consistent eating patterns
- Help with blood sugar predictability
- Provide comfort during busy or stressful seasons
And while variety can be helpful, it doesn’t have to happen every day. Different foods can show up across weeks, seasons, and life stages not necessarily at every meal.
The goal is finding an eating pattern that nourishes you and works for your real life.
