I’m thrilled with to share this feature! When I think about why I do this work — the therapy sessions, the research, the late nights writing The Journey to Self — it always comes back to one belief:
Every person deserves access to the tools that help them heal.
As a psychologist, educator, and founder, I’ve spent my career studying what it truly means to thrive — not just survive. And here’s what I know:
Psychological wealth isn’t about having it all together. It’s about knowing how to come back to yourself — with grace, with compassion, with intention — especially when life gets hard.
The small daily practices matter more than we realize. A moment of self-awareness. A breath before reacting. Choosing curiosity over judgment. These aren’t small things. They are the architecture of a healed life.
Through Journey Health, my clinical work, and the pages of The Journey to Self, I’m committed to making evidence-based mental wellness practical, accessible, and deeply human — for Gen Z, Millennials, and anyone ready to do the inner work.
