Innergize Bondage is not on the outside but what’s on the inside. Break the chains! Live free and love you! I love people. Ailments wracked my body.

As a certified life coach and energetic kinesiologist, I thrive on helping people overcome obstacles. Whether those hurdles are physical, emotional, spiritual or result from emotional trauma, physical injury or chronic illness, it’s my passion to work with clients to identify not only the obvious areas requiring intervention, but also those often hidden from view. Every individual comes to me with his or her own life experiences and priorities that require an approach tailored specifically for him or her. Often physical ailments manifest from emotional wounds or burdens we may not realize we carry. My experiences as a wife, mother, grandmother, small business owner and certified practitioner inform my work. It’s through my decades of experience as a salon owner and “hairapist” talking to clients, discovering their unique identities and gifts and mentally sorting through their baggage that I realized my gift for helping people extended beyond my salon. My own holistic wellness journey began nearly two decades ago following the birth of my last child. Frustrated by traditional medicine’s focus on symptoms and not finding resolution, I discovered an approach new to me, but as old as the ages. Through naturopathy and energetic kinesiology, my body was restored back into balance. My own personal experience compelled me to learn more. Under the mentorship of a naturopathic doctor and various other wellness practitioners, I have developed my own style. My positive energy, tenacity and intuitive nature position me to help others find the joy in their lives. My life’s work is to empower people to live well and energetically-aligned with their God-given purpose and design. If you’re willing to take responsibility for your wellness goals and open to truth, I can help you realize the most amazing version of the one and only YOU!

It’s amazing how two people can experience the exact same circumstances and walk away with two completely different stories.

One sees everything going wrong, while the other finds something to laugh about, learn from, or even appreciate along the way.

I’ve been paying more attention to this lately, especially how quickly our thoughts can turn an experience into something much heavier than it needs to be….glass 1/2 empty or glass 1/2 full.

Sometimes all it takes is a little shift in perspective and the willingness to ask ourselves, “Is there another way I could be looking at this?”

Same life, different lens. ✨

Nature has gifts all around us—a tree along our path, sunshine on our face, a breeze, or the sound of waves.

When your mind feels full, give yourself a moment to pause. Take in what you see, hear, and feel. Let yourself reconnect with nature and notice what this moment brings you.

Where could you pause and embrace nature today? 💗 has gifts all around us—a tree along our path, sunshine on our face, a breeze, or the sound of waves.

THE REAL REEL ✨
Real life. Real challenges. Real choices.

Life doesn’t always ask permission before changing our plans. A water leak next door flooded part of my studio. But the unexpected does not have to stop the purpose.

Innergize is still here. I am still moving forward. And this is not where the story ends. ✨

Now I challenge you: Consider one obstacle you are facing. What opportunity could it be inviting you to see?

❤️ 🍄 I took this photo yesterday, and I couldn’t stop thinking about it.

This mushroom looks so delicate, yet somehow it made its way through hard, rocky ground.

There is even dirt still resting on its cap—evidence of what it pushed through. The dirt doesn’t make it less beautiful. It tells the story of its strength.

Maybe you feel a little like this today—tender, tired, or unsure how you can keep growing through a difficult season.

Being delicate does not mean you are weak.

You do not have to become hard just because life has been hard.

Strength does not always look hard. Sometimes it looks like something delicate rising through the gravel—still soft, still beautiful, and still becoming what it was created to be.

If life feels heavy today, may this little mushroom remind you:

Hard ground does not mean growth is impossible. ❤️

Sometimes life feels like one thing after another, until everything feels like too much.

We can’t always stop the rain. But we can pause, take a breath, and choose how we meet it.

Today, I chose to embrace it. 🌧️💛

Whatever is pouring into your life right now, you don’t have to figure it all out at once.

One breath.
One choice.
One step.

What would it look like for you to embrace the rain today?

People often ask me...."What is it that you do?"

The last year I have been working with the Michigan SBDC as part of the Eastern Michigan Small Business Network Cohort program to come up with an easily understood answer. Thanks to my business consultants Lisa and Maggie and a very comprehensive branding strategy with Business Soil's Paula Ney, I can finally show you! (Watch for my new website premiering soon!)

Tonight is the graduation ceremony for the 2025 and 2026 Cohort Graduates, and I feel blessed to have had this experience in branding, marketing and getting to know the other 50 Thumb participants.

We just celebrated Father’s Day.

Now it’s time to celebrate the women who spent years keeping everyone else alive…

…and are learning that this next chapter comes with a few surprises, a few hot flashes, and a whole lot of opportunities to laugh at ourselves. 💕

Here’s to all the women who are currently:

❄️ Freezing in the grocery store
🔥 Sweating through the night
😡 Irritated by the sound of someone breathing
😭 Crying at dog food commercials
🧐 Walking into a room and forgetting why
🔍 Looking for their phone while talking on it
🌙 Exhausted all day but wide awake at 3 a.m.
🍫 Craving chocolate like it’s a survival skill
🙋‍♀️ Wondering, “Is this menopause or have I completely lost my mind?”

This one’s for you.

Join us for an evening of laughter, learning, and real conversation as we explore our Freedom Chapter of life.

Whether you’re preparing for menopause, living through it, or looking back wondering what on earth just happened, you’ll leave with practical tools, encouragement, and the comforting realization that you’re not alone.

Because sometimes the most healing words a woman can hear are:

“Wait… that happens to you too?!” 😂💗
