🎉 A beautiful fundraiser, ¡Somos Titan! Celebración de Cal State Fullerton, was filled with so much food, music and cultura to raise funds supporting student scholarships and programs.

Many of these students identify as Hispanic/Latino and are the first in their families to pursue a college degree.

Mariachi Titans opened up the space with beautiful Mexican ballads

Ballet Folklorico de CSUF showcased some beautiful dances.

Delicious food catered by our friends

& concluded the afternoon with an exclusive concert with their passionate and soulful interpretations of son and canciones mexicanas.

Thank you to all the amazing sponsors for a lovely and festive afternoon supporting our college students

So grateful for another event with Wellness For The People and for everyone who came together to create a space to pause, breathe, reconnect, and pour back into ourselves. 🤍

It was a beautiful day of community, connection, and wellness. ✨

The morning opened up with a grounding yoga session by Amanda Rose Amanda Martinez.

Then Rocío Navarro Rocio Navarro guided us into water with a delicious tea as a grounding ritual, sharing its roots and medicine.

guided us through a beautiful soundbath supporting our nervous system.

led a storytelling workshop connecting us to where we come from and choosing what to carry forward.

A reminder that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to be complicated, sometimes it starts with simply giving yourself a moment to slow down. 🌿

“Realmente fue hermoso el espacio, su voz, su calidez, el Reiki se sintió, lo sentí. Fue un momento muy lindo de amor propio... dedicarme ese tiempo junto con otras mujeres. Aconsejable a cada una de nosotras que busca un espacio donde encontrarse y estar cerca de sus emociones.”
