I’m opening my space for a special day of FREE Reiki with Kylie.

This day is an opportunity for Kylie to gain more hands on experience, build confidence, and work with different people in a relaxed environment. I love creating opportunities like this where she can practice without the pressure that can come with charging for a session.

You’ll receive 30 minutes of Reiki with both of us working with you, and there is no cost to you.

The 30 minute session is intentional. With two practitioners working simultaneously, that gives you the equivalent hands on time of a 60 minute session with one practitioner.

If you’ve been curious about Reiki, have experienced it before, or simply feel like you could use some time to relax and receive, this is a great opportunity to come experience it.

Sometimes grief is loud.

Sometimes it is quiet.

Sometimes you think you’re doing okay, and then a song, a smell, a date, a memory, or an empty chair brings it all back.

And sometimes you just wish you could sit with people who understand without having to explain everything.

That is why I’m starting a monthly Grief Group at The Comfort Zone with Mick.

This is not a class.
There is no required topic.
There is no pressure to talk.
And there is no expectation that you should be β€œover it” by now.

We will make space for whatever is there.

You can share. You can listen. You can cry. You can laugh. You can remember someone you miss. You can simply sit and be around people who understand.

Our first gathering is Thursday, September 3 at 7:00 PM.

After that, we will meet on the first Thursday of every month.

🦢🏼✨ MY NEXT FOOT ZONING CLASS STARTS IN OCTOBER ✨🦢🏼

I’m getting ready to start another Foot Zoning class through We Do Feet, and I’m looking for the people who are ready to learn this incredible work with me.

This class runs from October through graduation in June.

I’ve taught this class in several different formats over the years. Every group is different, so I like to work with the people in the class and create a schedule that actually works for everyone.

Classes 1 through 4 and 6 through 8 will be held at my place.

Class 5 and graduation will be held in Wellsville at the school owner’s home or in Brigham City. Those are a Friday and Saturday weekend and are set separately. We’ll work out those details as we get closer.

For the rest of our classes, we can figure out together whether Fridays, Saturdays, Mondays, or another schedule works best for our group.

This class will be ours.

We’ll learn together, practice together, help each other, ask ALL the questions, laugh, grow, and become confident in this work together.

Space is limited because I want to be able to give each student the time and attention they deserve.

FERTILITY 🀍

I love the human body. I love the way we were created and the incredible intelligence built into us through Divine Creation.

This is one of the reasons I love foot zoning so much. My belief is that our bodies are constantly communicating with us, and that sometimes they need support, connection, and the opportunity to remember the balance they were created for. Homeostasis.

I have also wondered for a long time if there was more to Jesus washing the feet of others than we have traditionally understood. Knowing what I know about the feet and the connections throughout the body, I personally believe there may have been much more happening there than simply washing someone’s feet.

I feel incredibly blessed to do work that feels like service to our Creator.

And this particular part of my work has become especially meaningful to me.

People have come to me specifically because they were struggling with fertility. Foot zoning has been the primary session I have used with them, along with other supportive modalities when appropriate.

Every person I have personally worked with in this way has gone on to conceive.

I cannot promise that your experience will be the same. I can only share what I have had the blessing of witnessing.

I have seen hope turn into new beginnings. 🀍
