Join us this Saturday for a nurturing 90-minute experience created to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself.

Through the healing vibrations of sound and the gentle energy of Reiki, we’ll create space for deep relaxation, energetic alignment, release, and restoration. 🌿✨

Come exactly as you are. Bring a yoga mat, pillows, blankets, and anything else that will help you feel cozy and supported.

🌀✨After a night of storms, a tornado warning, an eclipse, and so much energy
moving...🙌🌕

I woke up, looked out my window, and there he was.

A buck standing beneath the still-visible full moon.

The symbolism felt impossible to ignore.

The buck represents strength, protection, intuition, renewal and moving through life with both power and gentleness. His antlers are shed and grown again, a beautiful symbol of releasing what has completed its cycle and allowing something new to emerge.

And there he stood beneath the moon after an eclipse!

Another symbol of endings, beginnings, illumination and transformation.

After the storm... stillness.
After the darkness... light.
After releasing... renewal.

After a night of storms, a tornado 🌀 warning, an eclipse, and so much energy moving… ✨

I woke up, looked out my window, and there he was.

The energy was moving inside and outside last night during the Full Moon Sound Bath. 🌕⚡️🌀

As soon as we started, a huge thunderstorm rolled in. Thunder, lightning, pouring rain… while inside we were moving through the sounds and vibrations of the bowls and gong.

Everyone had their phones turned off and was completely in the experience.

During the sound bath, I looked at my phone and saw there was a tornado warning telling everyone to get to a basement immediately.

And there we were… already in the basement. Already safe. Already grounded. ❤️

Nobody else knew. I just kept holding the space while the storm moved above us and the sound moved through us.

There was something so powerful about it.

Thunder. Rain. Wind. Sound. Vibration.

So much energy moving and releasing inside and outside at the same time.

It really felt like nature was part of the sound bath with us last night. 🌕⚡️🌧️🌀
