Recreation Fair! Friday, May 29, 2026 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Joyce Raye Patterson 50+ Activity Center, 100 S 10th Street, St. Joseph, MO. Visit the fair vendors to learn about the many recreational opportunities that are available in our region. ✨ Under the Stars Women’s Embodiment Retreat ✨
A one-day women’s wellness reset near St. Joseph, MO

Ladies, this is your invitation to pause.

If you have been feeling tired, overwhelmed, stretched thin, disconnected, or simply ready for a reset — this day was created for you.

We have made a few changes to the retreat to make it more accessible and easier to attend. This is now a **one-day retreat** on **Saturday, May 30th from 1:00–9:00 PM** — no camping required.

We have also reduced the price to **$100 per person**.

For $100, you are not just attending an event. You are making an investment in your peace, your body, your nervous system, your emotional well-being, and your connection back to yourself.

This women’s retreat will include:
