In our latest newsletter we were fortunate to have the words of our resident Ayurveda expert Melissa MacKinnon.

Melissa’s resume is impressive and if you are interested in experiencing her knowledge first hand, join her for Ayurvedic Yoga Thursdays at 9am.

for the next three Thursdays, she will be teaching cooling and balancing practices for late summer. There will be yoga sequences with Ayurveda cooling summer drinks and practices for summer self care, with extra Ayurveda goodies available to try in class!
