A new way to move in Rochester. 💪🍂

We joined the City of Rochester, NY and National Fitness Campaign to cut the ribbon on a new MVP Health Care Fitness Court® at Genesee Valley Park, one of 36 MVP Fitness Courts helping make movement more accessible in communities we serve.

The free outdoor gym gives community members ages 14+ access to seven exercise stations, with workouts that can be adapted for different fitness levels.

Another space to move, get active and enjoy the outdoors, right in the Rochester community.

❤️ What a turnout!

On Tuesday, more than 650 community members joined MVP Health Care and Colonie Center for Ready, Set, School! Healthy Kids, Bright Futures.

Families spent the evening picking up backpacks, connecting with local providers and resources, enjoying free haircuts, face painting, balloon animals, and plenty of fun before the first day of school.

Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and partnered with us to make the event possible. Seeing so many children and families laughing, learning, and preparing for the year ahead made for an unforgettable evening.
