Healing Harmony and Lagom Studios are excited to offer a sound bath for Peace on Friday, November 6th from 7 to 8:30 pm.

🙏🏼Please join us for peaceful sound meditation. Using crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, handmade drums, and vocals Healing Harmony will bathe you in sound and song and guide you on a transformational journey for lasting peace and calm.

✨Sound healing is an ancient practice that does not require any belief system, ability, knowledge or even language.

This person must have missed our beautiful windows reminding everyone passing by, It's Cool to be Kind!

We are a small inclusive Pilates studio, and hate has no place here. We'll say it a little louder for the people in the back:

Surprise! A new addition is coming to the studio around July 21st! 🌞🩵

We're so excited to welcome our little guy earthside, especially since he's been floating around us for a few years (check out his orbs in the photos!). Though we're not ready to publicly share his name yet, he's made his name super clear to us, sending us lots of signs over the past few months 👸🏼👰🏼‍♀️🏴‍☠️✨. We're excited to have him meet all of you later this summer!

I'm planning on taking maternity leave starting in July and returning to teach sometime in January, so if you'd like to drop in for a little baby blessing send off it'll be next month!
