We’re opening our doors 5 days a week, with extended hours, because we want more time to welcome you in, connect, and share a little more magic with our West Seattle community.

At Inner Alchemy, we believe in gifts to, for and from the heart. Beautiful and unusual crystals, treasures with stories, creations by local artists, and thoughtful little somethings that say I see you. I love you. I thought of you.

But what we offer has never been just about what you can take home in a shopping bag.

It’s about having a place to wander, wonder, ask questions, discover something unexpected, have a conversation, meet a kindred spirit, or simply take a breath and feel a little more connected.

Because we need places like this. Places that bring us back to ourselves and remind us that we belong to one another.

✨ A NEW CIRCLE OF THE INNER ALCHEMY COLLECTIVE ✨

There is something really special about beginning again. This month, a new circle of the Inner Alchemy Collective gathers for the first time—a devoted group of healers, teachers, guides and creatives who will travel together for the next 10 months, deepening our personal work while enlivening the work we are inspired to bring into the world.

And there is already a little magic woven into their beginning. Last year’s Collective created a beautiful artwork blessing specifically to welcome the new members who would follow them—a gesture of generosity, connection and we're glad you're here. I love that this is how we do things at Inner Alchemy: one circle making room for the next.

Over the coming months, this group will dream, learn, stretch, laugh, create and practice together—and bring some truly unique and inspired experiences, classes and playshops to our community. I am so excited for what this group will offer and, even more, for what we will discover together along the way.

Community really is medicine.

The very first Inner Alchemy Conversation is now live on our Youtube channel! I chose to start the beginning of these interviews with a conversation about the end....Meet Crystal Flores, a Death Doula, educator and founder of of The Grateful Death. As we explore death, grief and impermanence during the month of October, I knew that Crystal was the ideal person to connect with and get curious to explore a subject that is essential but not familiar. This month we have a lot of unique events for you to go deep and wide and to feel the joy of LIFE in your body! Death Cafe, Dancing with Grief, Tour of Return Home (art of human composting), Mediumship Demonstration, The Art of Impermanence, Witches Paddle on the Puget Sound, DEAD or ALIVE-a night of musical legends (dress and lip synch your favorite musician). đź–¤ 10 YEARS OF EXPLORING DEATH AT INNER ALCHEMY đź–¤

For a whole decade, October at Inner Alchemy has been a time to turn toward something our culture often turns away from: death. And we don't do it quite like anyone else. We explore death, grief, impermanence, mystery and the many ways we can honor this one wild life we have been given—with curiosity, creativity, connection and, yes if you know Maari…always some fun and dancing along the way.

Together, we’ll co-create a Día de los Mu***os altar in our Sanctuary & Studio, creating a beautiful space to remember and honor those who have died. Throughout the month, we’ll gather for a wonderfully eclectic collection of experiences: Death Café, Dancing with Grief with Liziah Richards, The Art of Impermanence with Death Doula Crystal Flores, a Mediumship Demonstration with Marc Lainhart, a community visit to Return Home to learn about terramation/human composting, our delightfully spooky Witches, Wizards & Warlocks Paddle on the Puget Sound, and Dead or Alive—a costume lip-sync celebration of legendary musical icons.

Ten years of asking the questions. Ten years of making space for grief. Ten years of remembering that death is not separate from life—it is woven into it. Come explore the mystery with us. Come remember. Come celebrate. Come dance with the whole beautiful, impermanent mess of being alive. 🖤🍂💀✨

Sedona Red Jasper palm stones ARE HERE! ✨

One of the things I love most about Inner Alchemy is the hunt. We are always seeking out crystals that are not only beautiful, but helpful, unusual and a little bit magical—pieces that you might feel drawn to before you even know why.

We’ve been waiting for this newest crop of Sedona Red Jasper palm stones, and they were worth the wait.
This gorgeous stone carries that rich, earthy red that feels like coming home to your body and your roots. Red Jasper has long been associated with strength, vitality, grounding and life force energy, and is traditionally connected with fertility, pregnancy and the nurturing power of creation.

There’s something especially beautiful about a palm stone. You can hold it, carry it, place it on your altar or simply keep it nearby as a little reminder of what you’re cultivating in your life.

Supportive, relaxing and fun is how we describe our weekly offerings!  We’ve got all kinds of ways to move, breathe, soften, awaken and connect. Kundalini Yoga brings the ancient technology: breathwork, postures, chanting and a dreamy gong bath savasana to tune up body, mind and spirit. Yin + Sound Bath is your invitation to stop doing and start allowing. We settle into juicy, long-held postures, give the body time to unfurl and rest and then melt into a beautiful sound bath. Recovery in Motion, our newest offering, brings together a 12-Step meeting—with all forms of recovery welcome—and a yogic practice exploring the idea that the “issues live in our tissues.” And that’s just the beginning. We also dive into powerful 9D Breathwork, grounding and flowing Qi Gong, and Heavily Meditated, our community meditation practice where breath, mantra, sound and stillness come together. One of the things we’ve always loved about Inner Alchemy is bringing beautiful things into your world from both near and far. We’ve always supported local artists and craftspeople while also curating unique art and sacred objects from around the globe—because beauty has a way of connecting us, no matter where it comes from.

Today, we’re welcoming a little bit of Glastonbury into the shop. These stunning Goddess artworks by Tiana Pitman, created on slate, come from Glastonbury, England—a deeply spiritual land and home to the Goddess Temple. Each piece brings its own expression of the Divine Feminine into your space, inviting beauty, strength, wisdom and connection.

And right here at home, we have the gorgeous hand-painted Mandala Stones of local artist Kathryn Hutter. Kathryn hand-selects each stone from Pacific Northwest beaches and transforms these humble pieces of earth into intricate circles of color and pattern. A mandala means “circle,” and its concentric patterns can symbolize the universe, unending life, or the journey from the outer world to the inner.
Each stone is held in prayer, with the intention that the Divine Creator bless its recipient with peace, joy and beauty.

Local. Global. Sacred. Beautiful.

Just a few more treasures to remind us that the things we bring into our homes can also bring a little more meaning into our lives.
