🌟 MEET THE TRAINER: COACH LAUREN 🌟

We are incredibly fortunate to have Coach Lauren as part of the Treasure Coast Fitness & Nutrition team!

Lauren brings an extensive background in physical therapy, giving our members a unique resource when it comes to navigating aches, pains, movement limitations, and training smarter. Her knowledge helps our members stay active, build confidence, and continue making progress safely.

But Lauren doesn’t just coach fitness—she lives it. She is an exceptional athlete who continues to inspire our entire community through her dedication, discipline, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Lauren has competed at some of the most prestigious fitness events in the country, including Wodapalooza and the Magic City Games, and each year she gets closer and closer to earning a coveted qualification to the CrossFit Games in her age group. Watching her compete is a masterclass in hard work, consistency, and perseverance.

Because of her busy schedule, you’ll typically find Lauren coaching our Wednesday morning classes and occasionally jumping in on weekends. And if you walk into the gym and hear country music playing through the speakers, there’s a good chance Coach Lauren is running the class! 🤠🎶

We’re grateful for everything Lauren brings to TCFAN—from her expertise and coaching to her positivity and example. Our members are better because of her, and we’re proud to have her on our team.

Today, we’re proud to highlight one of the true pillars of Treasure Coast Fitness & Nutrition — Coach Traci!

Traci first walked through our doors in 2013 as a member, and it didn’t take long for her passion for fitness and helping others to shine. Shortly after joining, she began her coaching journey, and for more than a decade she has been making a positive impact on the lives of our members every single day.

Her consistency is incredible. Whether it’s showing up for her own workouts or showing up for our members, Traci leads by example in everything she does. But what truly makes her special is the genuine care she has for every person who walks through our doors. She has an amazing ability to make people feel comfortable, supported, and welcomed from the very first interaction.

Many of the friendships, success stories, and positive experiences that make our community so special have Traci’s fingerprints all over them. We are incredibly grateful for her dedication, her heart, and the countless hours she has invested into helping others become healthier, happier, and more confident.
