Most people hear “high intensity” and imagine exhausting workouts done every day.
That’s not what we do.
Our workouts are intentionally intense because the body needs enough stimulus to adapt.
But intensity without precision…
and intensity without recovery…
is where people get into trouble.
That’s why our clients train briefly, infrequently, and with a strong respect for the recovery window.
The goal is not to leave the body chronically depleted.
The goal is to create adaptation:
more strength,
more capability,
more resilience,
more life.
Hard training only works when recovery is protected.
That’s the difference.
