Your 2.5-hour journey begins with a grounding yoga practice guided by Elizabeth amid Sedona’s breathtaking red rock landscape. With more than 25 years of teaching and training in yoga, Elizabeth thoughtfully guides guests through gentle, intentional movement, mindful breathing, and restorative poses suitable for all experience levels.

Together, Elizabeth’s experienced yoga guidance and Gigi’s sacred sound work create an immersive experience designed to ease tension, calm the nervous system, and support physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
