The best part about this whole fitness thing is there’s a lot of ways to get the job done 👏🏼
For us, body building workouts get boring pretty quick.
We also prefer to workout from home and don’t have the space to deck out a garage gym… so we gotta make it work with minimal equipment.
And don’t get me wrong, love a good mirror arm pump but we need something more dynamic and movement based to stay engaged with our training.
