The best part about this whole fitness thing is there’s a lot of ways to get the job done 👏🏼

For us, body building workouts get boring pretty quick.

We also prefer to workout from home and don’t have the space to deck out a garage gym… so we gotta make it work with minimal equipment.

And don’t get me wrong, love a good mirror arm pump but we need something more dynamic and movement based to stay engaged with our training.

That’s where kettlebells come to play 🔥

Every session is full body so you’re hitting every major muscle group.

Set your timer for 20 minutes and run through this circuit as many times as you can 👇🏼

Double Front Squat 6-8 reps
Push Up 10 reps
Double Cleans 6 reps
Shake out hops 25 seconds
Goblet Lateral Lunge 6+6 reps
Ballistic Row 20 reps

Make the most out of EVERY day 📍👏🏼

After an 8 week training cycle we take a Deload week where we hardly touch the bells and focus on recovery.

🌙 Sleep
🫐 Nutrition
🚲 Movement

We love a good Deload week cause that means more time out on the trails 🐾🌞🥾

For people who tend to go hard all the time having periods of rest & recovery baked into your training program is a game changer!

🔥Body is recovered so less aches & pains
🔥Mentally ITCHING to get back to the bells
🔥More time outside doing the fun stuff

This Deload weeks was fueled by pasta, burritos & Kebobs 💪🏼😋

Back in 2020 I grabbed a 15lbs bell and Bij grabbed a 35lb bell.

As we got stronger & more bought in to KB training our collection naturally grew.

Over the years we’ve gotten other tools like a foldable pull up bar, squat wedgies & bands to take care of our body.

The #1 mistake that’s holding you back from building the strength, movement quality & body that you want 👇🏼

We see you crushing it with consistency, getting your workouts in every week cause you know it’s just what needs to get done.

But despite putting in the work you feel stuck… like you haven’t made progress in months.

1️⃣ Build strength on quality technique

If cleans & snatches are still banging up your forearms and your back feels lit up with swings… there’s no way you’re getting the most out of your workouts. Dial in your technique and enjoy the gains!

2️⃣ Have a system for progressive overload

Writing your workouts in the note section of your phone or journal isn’t doing it. You need a program that makes tracking progress simple & obvious when it’s time to add more reps or pull in the heavier bell.

Doing the same workouts & exercises week after week gets boring. You need to be mentally and physically challenged with variety, not randomness.
