As a nurse, our co-founder, Lori understands what it’s like to be responsible for resident care while also supporting frontline staff through changes in condition, difficult decisions and questions that don’t conveniently happen during business hours.

She’s also seen what happens when the solution is simply putting another clinical leader on call: interrupted nights, weekends and vacations, burned-out leaders and an after-hours system that depends too heavily on one person.
